This just in!

The dust coming out of the sahara was the answer. We created wind turbines, machinery, and generated huge clouds of swirling dust. It was easy, the people were poor, governments corrupt and we paid them well, those individuals that owned land and counted that is. We built our fans, we created dust storms, and we prevented hurricanes. It was science and it worked…until something went wrong.
